You can copy a card number now: tap Copy card number, or hold the code. On Android 13 and newer the paste preview keeps it hidden.

Ordering your cards is now in the top bar of the wallet too. The strip on a tile shows which kind of code a card has; it is ornament, not something to scan.

Shops in South Africa are in, and the widget now really does stay put when the arrival takeover is switched off.</content>

    <content type="text">Version 0.9.13

Arrival detection was falling behind your cards. Adding one, turning location off and on again, or syncing by hand left the shops around you unset, so nothing happened in the shop. That is fixed.

Turning the phone at the wrong moment could leave a back-up empty, swap a code you had just scanned, or import cards with no brands at all. That is over too.

A shop you corrected stays corrected, and a country you switch off really goes.</content>

When you are in a shop you hold a card for, that card now sits at the top of your wallet instead of somewhere down the alphabet. It moves there, it is not copied.

The question about which shop you are in is no longer at the till. A card linked to the wrong shop can now be unlinked.

Also: tapping grows the tile into the card itself, everything reads better at large font sizes and with TalkBack, and on a tablet the card sits beside your wallet.</content>

A card with no shop linked now asks which shop you are in. Open one inside a shop Stapel knows and a line appears under the barcode: are you in this shop right now? One tap links it.

Dates on screen now follow your language. A phone set to English read 03-04-2027 as 4 March; it is 3 April. The field you type a date into follows your language too.

A card you had closed no longer comes back open from a backup, and a handed-over card takes the rule of the phone receiving it.

A number one digit short of its barcode is now refused when editing too, and a long PDF says how many pages were read instead of claiming it holds no barcode.</content>

Update now finds the shops near you. It read only a location Android already held, which is usually empty, so for a country whose shops arrive in parts it fetched the nationwide list and nothing close by. It now asks for a location itself, and shows that it is working.

Typing a card is stricter: a number one digit short of its barcode is refused instead of quietly completed, and an American card draws as UPC-A.

Shop countries can now be added without a new version of the app. Stapel reads a signed list and offers what it names. Today it names the twenty-eight countries the app already knew, so none is added yet; the next one needs no update.

The app is about 4 MB smaller. It carried every country's shop logos; now it carries the Dutch ones and the rest arrive with a country you switch on.

The circle that makes the app look again could stay too wide. Inside one you cross no edge, so it never looks again. It is now laid down fresh as soon as it changes size.

The shop list has Pathé in it now, 31 cinemas, and shops listed twice are listed once.</content>

After a restart, arrival detection could stop for good: the circle that tells the app to look again was drawn around a position from hours earlier, so your phone was outside it from the start and no boundary was ever crossed. That circle is now widened by the age of that position.

At large font sizes the pin and folder dialogs scroll, so what sits below the field can be reached.

The privacy page inside the app now describes that circle too.</content>
